HealthHub Clinics, part of Al-Futtaim Health, is looking for a Specialist Family Medicine Physician to join its multidisciplinary healthcare team in Dubai. This role offers an opportunity to provide comprehensive primary healthcare services while building long-term relationships with patients and promoting preventive medicine.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive family medicine consultations for patients of all age groups.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions using evidence-based practices.
- Deliver preventive healthcare, routine health screenings, vaccinations, and wellness counseling.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
- Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention.
- Coordinate care with specialists whenever advanced treatment is required.
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and clinical quality standards.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary team meetings.
Required Qualifications
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
- Recognized postgraduate qualification in Family Medicine.
- Valid DHA, DOH (HAAD), or MOH Specialist License or Eligibility Letter.
- Previous experience working in outpatient family medicine or primary healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of chronic disease management and preventive medicine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
- UAE healthcare experience is preferred.
