Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily manufacturing activities to ensure efficient production.
- Track production work-in-progress (WIP) and manage inventory within production areas.
- Analyze production processes and recommend improvements to increase productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Provide engineering support for manufacturing equipment and maintenance activities.
- Identify production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and equipment guidelines to improve production consistency.
- Support initiatives that improve product quality, production reliability, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Participate in continuous improvement programs, including 5S and workplace safety initiatives.
- Train and guide production team members on manufacturing best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare production reports and monitor performance against operational targets.
- Stay updated with modern manufacturing technologies and engineering practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 4–6 years of experience in production engineering or manufacturing operations.
- Strong understanding of production planning and scheduling.
- Experience with process improvement and lean manufacturing principles is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
