As an L&D Consultant, you will work closely with business leaders, HR teams, and internal stakeholders to identify learning needs, design impactful training programs, and implement development initiatives that support business growth and employee performance.


Key Responsibilities

Learning & Training Programs

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning and development programs.
  • Create training materials that align with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Review and update learning content to keep training programs relevant and effective.
  • Develop blended learning solutions, including classroom, virtual, and self-paced training.
  • Facilitate leadership, management, and professional development programs.

Business Consulting

  • Identify organizational learning needs and recommend suitable training solutions.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to improve employee capability and performance.
  • Support workforce development initiatives and career progression programs.
  • Ensure learning solutions comply with company policies and relevant industry standards.

Talent Development

  • Support employee career development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Assist in identifying high-potential employees for future leadership opportunities.
  • Contribute to graduate, trainee, and workforce development programs.
  • Promote continuous learning and professional growth across the organization.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with business leaders, managers, and HR teams.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external training providers.
  • Present learning recommendations and gain stakeholder approval for development initiatives.
  • Maintain effective communication throughout training projects.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Monitor training effectiveness using key performance indicators.
  • Prepare reports on learning participation, completion rates, and business impact.
  • Analyze training feedback and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain accurate learning records and reporting systems.

Project Management

  • Plan and manage learning and development projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate multiple training initiatives while meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • Support business transformation and organizational development projects.
  • Ensure project objectives and performance targets are successfully achieved.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in Learning & Development, Training, Coaching, or Project Management are an advantage.

Experience Required

  • Previous experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, Talent Development, or HR Development.
  • Experience designing and delivering employee training programs.
  • Knowledge of curriculum development and adult learning principles.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
