A leading automotive organization in Dubai is hiring an experienced Pricing Manager – Aftersales to develop and execute customer-focused pricing strategies across its automotive brands. This role focuses on optimizing retail pricing, improving profitability, supporting business growth, and delivering data-driven insights to enhance aftersales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that balance customer value with business profitability.
  • Support annual and quarterly budgeting, forecasting, and pricing performance analysis.
  • Create and manage fixed-price service packages for automotive repair and maintenance services.
  • Optimize retail pricing structures to improve revenue, margins, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze pricing data to identify growth opportunities and recommend pricing improvements.
  • Maintain and enhance menu pricing solutions while supporting new product and service launches.
  • Develop value-based pricing models for different customer segments.
  • Monitor pricing performance against budgets and business targets.
  • Design dashboards and reports that provide actionable pricing insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing consistency across all automotive brands.
  • Manage discount programs, pricing governance, and standard operating procedures.
  • Lead and mentor the aftersales pricing team while driving continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing, commercial analysis, or aftersales operations within the automotive industry.
  • Experience working with automotive distributors or OEMs is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with pricing analytics and business intelligence tools.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and commercial decision-making skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies and financial analysis.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SAP Business Objects, SAS, R, or Python.
  • Data visualization and reporting expertise.
  • Budgeting and forecasting knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
