- Lead the end-to-end employee onboarding process, including coordination with government relations (PRO) activities and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain and improve induction programs to ensure new employees have a smooth transition into the organization.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, welfare programs, workplace visits, and communication sessions to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and internal communications while ensuring organization-wide awareness.
- Handle employee relations matters, investigate workplace concerns, and resolve escalated HR issues professionally and confidentially.
- Manage payroll administration, employee benefits, end-of-service settlements, insurance coordination, and other HR operational activities.
- Review and approve employee-related requests, HR documentation, salary revisions, promotions, and other personnel actions within established timelines.
- Act as the primary HR contact for complex employee queries and ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, implement corrective actions, and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Manage the annual performance appraisal process, salary review cycles, employee development initiatives, and learning programs.
- Identify opportunities to automate and digitize HR processes while collaborating with IT teams on system enhancements.
- Supervise and mentor the HR operations team, monitor performance, and support professional development.
- Prepare HR reports, analyze workforce metrics, recommend process improvements, and support strategic HR initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations, Payroll Administration, and HR Compliance.
- Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law, HR policies, and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience managing HR systems such as Oracle Fusion, Zoho, or other HRIS platforms is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead HR projects, manage audits, and improve operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
