We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead automotive service operations in Dubai, UAE. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the performance of the aftersales department, driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring efficient service center operations. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team while maintaining operational excellence and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the automotive aftersales department.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and productivity targets.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by improving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee workshop operations, service quality, and process efficiency.
  • Monitor financial performance, manage departmental budgets, and optimize operational costs.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and support career growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer standards, health and safety regulations, and quality procedures.
  • Analyze operational data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement continuous process enhancements.
  • Coordinate with service advisors, workshop managers, parts departments, and other business units to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare business performance reports and present recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive dealership operations.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in aftersales or automotive service management.
  • Strong knowledge of dealership aftersales operations, workshop management, and customer service.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, improve profitability, and achieve business targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Experience using ERP systems, reporting tools, and performance management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Experience managing automotive service centers or dealership operations.
  • Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to lead organizational change and improve operational performance.
