We are hiring a BMS Commissioning Engineer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for commissioning, testing, and optimizing Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure reliable and efficient building operations. You will work closely with project teams, consultants, and clients to verify system performance, resolve technical issues, and deliver successful project handovers in accordance with industry standards and project specifications.

- Commission, test, and troubleshoot Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Configure BMS controllers, field devices, sensors, actuators, servers, and workstations.
- Verify system points, graphics, alarms, schedules, trends, and control sequences.
- Perform point-to-point testing, loop checks, functional testing, and system optimization.
- Integrate BMS with HVAC, fire alarm, electrical, and energy management systems using industry-standard communication protocols.
- Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and client demonstrations.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and communication issues during commissioning.
- Prepare commissioning reports, testing records, as-built documentation, and project handover documents.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Provide technical support during commissioning, handover, warranty, and client training.
- Ensure all commissioning activities comply with project quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.
- 3–7 years of experience in BMS commissioning, testing, and building automation projects.
- Strong understanding of HVAC controls, Building Management Systems, and automation principles.
- Experience with BMS controllers, field devices, and graphical user interfaces.
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, KNX, or LonWorks.
- Ability to read electrical drawings, control schematics, point lists, and technical documentation.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- UAE or GCC project experience is preferred.
- A valid UAE driving licence is an added advantage.
