This executive leadership role is responsible for developing long-term technology strategies, overseeing enterprise-wide operational systems, driving innovation, and ensuring that digital platforms support business growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership, business units, technology teams, and external partners to deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready operational solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the long-term strategy and roadmap for operational systems and digital technologies.
  • Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
  • Develop governance frameworks, technology standards, and system architecture strategies across global operations.
  • Oversee the implementation, integration, and optimization of operational platforms and enterprise software.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to translate operational requirements into technology solutions.
  • Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies, including automation, artificial intelligence (AI), IoT, analytics, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Establish technology policies that promote scalability, security, interoperability, and system reliability.
  • Manage relationships with software vendors, technology partners, and third-party service providers.
  • Ensure operational systems comply with cybersecurity, regulatory, privacy, and industry standards.
  • Lead enterprise change management, user adoption, training, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
  • Develop business continuity and disaster recovery strategies for critical operational systems.
  • Monitor technology performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend strategic investments.
  • Support innovation programs and encourage collaboration across global business units.
  • Provide executive guidance on technology investments, operational improvements, and digital transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in terminal operations, enterprise systems, digital transformation, or technology leadership.
  • At least 8 years of experience in senior management or executive leadership positions.
  • Proven success in developing enterprise technology strategies and leading large-scale transformation programs.
  • Experience managing enterprise software implementations and complex operational environments.
  • Strong understanding of operational technology, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, system integrations, and data management.
  • Experience within the global ports, terminals, logistics, or supply chain industry is highly desirable.
