Key Responsibilities

Lead Enterprise Data Strategy

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Data & AI strategy aligned with the organization’s digital transformation goals.
• Build scalable cloud-based data platforms supporting advanced analytics and AI initiatives.
• Design secure data architecture and automated data pipelines for enterprise reporting and decision-making.

AI & Machine Learning Enablement

• Lead AI and Machine Learning projects focused on:
  • Credit Risk Analytics
  • Fraud Detection
  • Dynamic Pricing
  • Customer Analytics
  • Collections Optimization
• Build internal AI capabilities to improve automation and predictive decision-making.
• Deploy machine learning models into production using Azure technologies.

Data Governance & Compliance

• Establish enterprise-wide data governance standards.
• Implement metadata management, data lineage, data quality monitoring, and compliance frameworks.
• Ensure high-quality, trusted, and certified business data across all business units.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

• Deliver executive dashboards and self-service analytics using Microsoft Power BI.
• Provide business insights covering:
  • Portfolio Performance
  • Product Profitability
  • Return on Equity (RoE)
  • Operational KPIs
• Reduce manual reporting through automated BI solutions.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Collaborate with Group Digital, IT, Finance, and Business teams to maximize data reuse and eliminate duplication.
• Manage external technology vendors, cloud partners, and AI solution providers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet agreed service levels.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Strong expertise in Azure Data Factory
• Advanced Microsoft Power BI development
• Excellent SQL programming skills
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse
• Python programming for data analytics
• Azure Machine Learning
• Scikit-learn or other Machine Learning frameworks
• Enterprise Data Governance
• Data Modeling and Data Warehousing

Preferred Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Business Intelligence.
• Minimum 5 years leading enterprise data teams.
• Proven success designing AI-enabled enterprise data platforms.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI and Machine Learning solutions.
• Experience managing internal teams, external vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Services data models including Portfolio Analytics, Profitability Analysis, and Return on Equity (RoE).
