Majid Al Futtaim is hiring a Manager – Compliance Monitoring to strengthen its Group Compliance function in Dubai, UAE. This role is ideal for experienced compliance, risk management, or internal audit professionals who are passionate about governance, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement.

As a Compliance Monitoring Manager, you will develop and oversee enterprise-wide compliance monitoring programs, evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the organization operates in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage a Group-wide compliance monitoring framework.
• Develop risk-based monitoring plans and testing procedures.
• Conduct compliance reviews, control testing, walkthroughs, and sample assessments.
• Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor implementation of action plans and ensure timely closure.
• Work closely with Technology and Data teams to automate compliance monitoring processes.
• Analyze monitoring results and prepare reports for senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards, and applicable regulations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing controls, procedures, and compliance practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
• 7–10 years of experience in compliance monitoring, risk management, internal audit, or governance.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and internal control processes.
• Experience with investigations, documentation, and evidence collection.
• Proficiency in data analytics, dashboard reporting, and business intelligence tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
