Key Responsibilities

Strategy Execution & Business Alignment

  • Translate business and technology strategies into clear operational plans.

Performance Management & Business Insights

Cross-Functional Leadership

Financial & Operational Management

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

  • Monitor operational costs while improving organizational efficiency.

Executive Governance & Decision Support

  • Coordinate leadership meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Prepare executive reports with insights on priorities, resource allocation, and business performance.
  • Enable informed decision-making through accurate operational analysis.
  • Ensure leadership discussions result in measurable actions and accountability.

Organizational Excellence

  • Identify opportunities to improve organizational structure and operational processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across technology functions.
  • Promote standardized ways of working and best practices.
  • Foster a culture focused on accountability, transparency, innovation, and high performance.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
  • Extensive leadership experience in strategy, technology operations, or business transformation.
  • Experience working within large multinational or enterprise organizations.
