Hotpack Global is seeking experienced PE Extrusion Machine Operators to join its Paper Board Division in the UAE. Job Overview

The PE Extrusion Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring extrusion coating equipment, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining high product quality standards. The role involves machine setup, process control, troubleshooting, and adherence to safety and quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate PE extrusion coating machines according to production schedules and quality requirements.
• Monitor machine performance, temperature settings, coating parameters, and production output.
• Maintain proper GSM control and ensure coating adhesion meets product specifications.
• Identify and resolve common extrusion-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine quality inspections and document production results accurately.
• Follow workplace safety standards and manufacturing best practices.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of PE extrusion coating technology and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of temperature profile management, coating thickness control, and adhesion performance.
• Ability to troubleshoot production defects and optimize machine efficiency.
• Familiarity with production reporting and quality documentation procedures.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2–5 years of experience operating PE extrusion coating machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in packaging, paper cup manufacturing, flexible packaging, folding cartons, or related industries is preferred.
• ITI, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Plastic Technology, or a related technical discipline is an advantage.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence.
