You will work closely with production managers and department heads to ensure efficient workforce management while maintaining compliance with UAE labour regulations and company policies.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, industrial, or factory environments who are passionate about employee engagement, HR operations, and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily employee attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate payroll inputs by verifying attendance, overtime, and employee records before payroll processing.
- Maintain accurate employee files, HR documentation, and personnel records.
- Support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, onboarding, and employee induction.
- Prepare employment contracts, renewal documents, and other HR-related correspondence.
- Generate HR reports covering attendance, workforce planning, leave balances, employee turnover, and payroll data.
- Coordinate with production managers to meet workforce and staffing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company HR policies, and workplace regulations.
- Assist during internal and external audits by maintaining organized HR records and documentation.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management processes.
- Maintain accurate employee information within ERP and HRMS systems.
- Promote a positive workplace culture while supporting employees with HR-related queries.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of human resources operations within a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Experience managing attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office applications.
- Experience using ERP or HRMS software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience within a factory, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
- Hands-on experience in attendance management, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
- Working knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employment regulations.
- Experience using ERP or HRMS platforms such as Oracle, SAP, or similar systems.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and workforce analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
