We are hiring a Production In-Charge – Fire Rated Steel Doors to join our manufacturing team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating the complete production process of fire-rated steel doors while ensuring high-quality standards, workplace safety, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production of fire-rated steel doors.
- Prepare production schedules to meet delivery deadlines and customer requirements.
- Oversee workshop operations, including cutting, welding, fabrication, assembly, glazing, hardware installation, painting, and final inspection.
- Ensure all products comply with fire-rated door standards, technical specifications, and company quality procedures.
- Monitor production performance, manpower utilization, and workflow efficiency.
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process and maintain production records.
- Inspect incoming materials and report quality issues when required.
- Lead, train, and motivate production staff while promoting workplace safety.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Work closely with engineering, procurement, logistics, and quality teams to resolve production challenges.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports covering production output, quality, rework, scrap, and schedule progress.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce manufacturing waste.
- Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production supervision, steel fabrication, or fire-rated steel door manufacturing.
- Experience with welding, sheet metal fabrication, assembly, finishing, and quality inspection.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, shop drawings, bills of materials (BOM), and technical specifications.
- Understanding of fire-rated steel door manufacturing and certification requirements is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience using production reporting systems and digital manufacturing tools.
- Valid UAE Driving Licence is an advantage.
- Willingness to work overtime and visit project sites when required.
