Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
- Manage luxury retail fit-out and permanent fixture projects from initiation to final handover.
- Coordinate project schedules, approvals, production, logistics, and installation activities.
- Monitor project progress to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.
- Maintain detailed project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all work complies with company quality standards and client expectations.
Key Account Management
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned key accounts under the supervision of the Senior Project Manager.
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their project requirements.
- Coordinate project meetings, presentations, approvals, and progress updates.
- Resolve client concerns professionally to maintain long-term business relationships.
- Support business development initiatives by contributing to client presentations and repeat business opportunities.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with design, procurement, production, quality control, logistics, and installation teams.
- Track project activities and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
- Prepare project status reports highlighting risks, achievements, and action plans.
Site & Subcontractor Management
- Coordinate with subcontractors for specialized fit-out and joinery works.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
- Monitor installation activities, workforce allocation, and material availability.
- Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are maintained at project sites.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain organized project files, trackers, contracts, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project management procedures.
- Conduct safety inspections and support continuous process improvements.
Financial Coordination
- Assist the estimation team in preparing project quotations and tender submissions.
- Coordinate invoice processing and project documentation for client billing.
- Follow up on payment collections according to agreed credit terms.
- Support project cost monitoring and budget control.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Diploma in Interior Design or certification in Wood Technology is an advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail fit-out, interior fit-out, joinery, or project management.
- Experience managing client accounts and retail construction projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Project or equivalent project management software.
- AutoCAD.
- Microsoft Excel.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Project planning and scheduling.
- Documentation management.
