Are you an experienced Commercial Vehicle Sales professional looking for a rewarding career in the UAE? Al-Futtaim Automotive – FAMCO is hiring a Commercial Vehicle Sales Representative to join its HINO Trucks Division in Dubai and Sharjah. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with proven experience in truck sales who are passionate about building customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet operators, businesses, and individual customers.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable HINO truck models.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations, explain product features, warranties, and after-sales services.
- Prepare quotations, sales agreements, and complete all sales documentation accurately.
- Monitor customer payments and support timely collections.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and update customer records.
- Participate in product training sessions and sales meetings to stay informed about the latest commercial vehicle offerings.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial vehicle sales within the UAE.
- Experience selling light, medium, or heavy-duty trucks is required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Experience working with commercial truck dealerships is an advantage.
- Good understanding of the UAE commercial vehicle market.
