Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Operations Management

• Manage day-to-day operations across e-commerce fulfillment centers and distribution facilities.
• Oversee order processing, picking, packing, dispatch, and delivery activities.
• Ensure smooth coordination between fulfillment teams and last-mile delivery partners.
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency.

Order Fulfillment & Delivery Management

• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered within agreed timelines.
• Track fulfillment performance and identify opportunities to improve service quality.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery execution.
• Maintain high standards of order accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Inventory & Warehouse Operations

• Monitor stock availability and inventory levels across fulfillment locations.
• Ensure proper organization and management of warehouse and dark store operations.
• Support inventory control processes and stock replenishment activities.
• Minimize stock discrepancies and operational losses.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with commercial, technology, merchandising, and customer service teams.
• Support seamless communication between operational departments and corporate functions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and improve workflows.
• Assist in implementing new systems, processes, and operational initiatives.

Quality Control & Compliance

• Monitor order quality and operational compliance standards.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
• Support loss prevention initiatives and operational audits.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and operational guidelines.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

• Lead and motivate operations teams to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor employee productivity, attendance, and performance metrics.
• Support training, coaching, and development initiatives.

Budget & Performance Management

• Monitor operational expenses and maintain budget compliance.
• Support annual business planning and budget preparation activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in logistics, operations management, or supply chain management are advantageous.

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, supply chain management, or retail operations.
• Strong experience in order fulfillment and last-mile delivery management.
• Previous experience in retail or online commerce environments is preferred.
