Job Summary
Alfanar is seeking an experienced HR & Administration Manager to lead human resources operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development initiatives, and workplace administration services. The successful candidate will play a critical role in creating an efficient, compliant, and employee-focused work environment that supports organizational growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
- Manage workforce planning and organizational staffing requirements.
- Lead recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Ensure employment contracts and manpower agreements comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain employee records and HR system updates.
- Support employee retention initiatives and improve workforce engagement.
Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns and workplace issues professionally.
- Manage disciplinary actions and investigations when required.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters.
Learning & Development
- Identify organizational training needs and development opportunities.
- Coordinate employee training programs and workshops.
- Track learning outcomes and maintain training documentation.
- Support career growth and leadership development initiatives.
Office Administration
- Supervise office facilities, supplies, and workplace resources.
- Coordinate service providers and administrative support functions.
- Improve operational efficiency through resource planning and process improvements.
- Manage internal communications and office services.
Reception & Visitor Services
- Ensure professional front-office operations.
- Monitor visitor access procedures and security requirements.
- Maintain a positive experience for guests and stakeholders.
Housing & Employee Support Services
- Manage employee accommodation and housing facilities.
- Coordinate transportation services and employee welfare support.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and housing standards.
Security & Facilities Management
- Oversee workplace security systems and access controls.
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and incident management.
- Manage building maintenance, utilities, and infrastructure services.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Leadership Responsibilities
The HR & Administration Manager will be expected to:
- Build and develop high-performing teams.
- Support employee growth and succession planning.
- Drive organizational effectiveness and workforce productivity.
- Implement policies, procedures, and process improvements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Professional HR certifications will be considered an advantage.
Experience Required
- 6–10 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration Management.
- Experience managing large-scale HR operations and workplace services is preferred.
