About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Coordination

• Plan and coordinate daily production activities to achieve manufacturing targets.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Manage Work in Progress (WIP) and inventory levels to support smooth operations.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to maximize operational efficiency.

Manufacturing Process Improvement

• Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Implement process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement programs.
• Improve equipment utilization and manufacturing workflows.

Engineering & Technical Support

• Provide engineering support to production and maintenance teams.
• Investigate production issues and identify root causes.
• Recommend practical solutions to improve performance and reliability.
• Develop operating procedures and equipment specifications.

Quality Assurance & Cost Control

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and production specifications.
• Support quality control initiatives to improve product consistency.
• Implement cost-reduction strategies without compromising quality.
• Monitor production performance and recommend corrective actions.

Training & Team Development

• Provide technical guidance and training to production staff.
• Support employee development and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Promote best practices in manufacturing operations and workplace safety.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Follow company health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing regulations and operational procedures.
• Participate in workplace safety initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
• Support 5S workplace organization and operational excellence activities.

Eligibility Criteria

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in manufacturing, production engineering, or industrial operations.
• Experience in electrical manufacturing or industrial production environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and process optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Understanding of production planning and scheduling systems.
