Key Responsibilities
Production Operations
- Perform daily production tasks accurately and efficiently to meet operational targets.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to quality and safety standards.
- Support production processes to achieve daily output goals within scheduled timelines.
- Assist supervisors and team members in maintaining smooth production workflows.
Quality Assurance & Food Safety
- Follow Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) procedures throughout production activities.
- Ensure all products meet company quality standards and food safety requirements.
- Participate in required food safety training programs and compliance activities.
- Maintain product consistency and prevent contamination risks during production.
Hygiene & Workplace Safety
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production areas, equipment, and workstations.
- Ensure a safe and hygienic working environment at all times.
- Report safety hazards, equipment issues, or operational concerns to supervisors promptly.
Documentation & Reporting
- Record production data accurately and maintain daily task logs.
- Update production records and databases as required.
- Support production tracking and reporting processes.
Eligibility Criteria
Required Qualifications
- Secondary School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, food production, agriculture, warehouse operations, or industrial environments is preferred.
- Fresh candidates with a strong work ethic may also be considered based on company requirements.
Preferred Skills
- Basic English communication skills.
- Ability to perform physical and repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift and handle materials up to 5 kg.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong teamwork and attention to detail.
