The CRM & Customer Data Manager plays a critical role in driving AI-powered customer data and CRM initiatives that elevate personalization, lifecycle engagement, and overall customer experience. This position leads the strategic use of CRM platforms, advanced analytics, and AI-driven insights to support highly personalized engagement—particularly for Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients.

Working closely with lifecycle managers, marketing, and data teams, the role ensures customer data is governed, secure, and compliant with privacy regulations, while enabling impactful, customer-centric strategies. Success in this role is defined by the effective integration of AI with CRM systems to deliver measurable improvements in customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Development & Management

  • Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of CRM platforms and customer databases.

  • Define, monitor, and optimise CRM KPIs to measure performance and engagement effectiveness.

  • Ensure high standards of data accuracy, governance, and compliance with data privacy regulations.

AI, Data & Analytics

  • Leverage AI and advanced analytics to drive personalized customer communications, journeys, and offers.

  • Partner with lifecycle and marketing teams to optimise customer engagement across touch points.

  • Develop and implement AI-driven strategies that enhance personalisation and customer experience.

Collaboration & Enablement

  • Work closely with lifecycle managers to support UHNW customer engagement strategies.

  • Enable marketing teams to effectively use customer data for targeted and impactful campaigns.

  • Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to ensure effective use of CRM tools and insights.

Skills Required for Success

  • Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for data-driven personalization.

  • Solid commercial and business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Deep expertise in CRM platforms, customer analytics, and AI-enabled engagement solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills with bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic.

What Qualifies You for This Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM management, customer data, or analytics-focused roles.

  • Proven expertise in CRM platforms, AI-driven marketing technologies, and data governance practices.

  • Experience in financial services or customer-centric industries is highly preferred.
