Job Title: Automotive & Aftersales Manager
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Automotive & Aftersales Manager to lead and oversee all aftersales functions, including service operations, maintenance, spare parts, warranty administration, and customer service. This role plays a critical part in ensuring service excellence, maximise izing customer satisfaction and retention, and driving the profitability of the aftersales division, all while adhering to company policies and OEM standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across service, parts, and warranty departments to ensure seamless and efficient workflows.

Drive high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service quality and post-sales support.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing aftersales team focused on performance and continuous improvement.

Monitor and analyze KPIs to achieve revenue, profit, and customer retention targets.

Ensure full compliance with manufacturer standards and internal company policies.

Develop and manage after sales budgets, including P&L responsibilities, to optimise financial performance.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

7–10 years of proven experience in automotive aftersales management.

In-depth understanding of service operations, spare parts management, and warranty processes.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and drive P&L performance.

Excellent customer service orientation with strong problem-solving skills.
