We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead our retail team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for directing all aspects of store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sustainable sales and profit targets. You will utilise lize your strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to inspire your team, elevate the customer experience, and drive commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
Financial & Profitability

Drive and monitor store-level sales performance to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Lead monthly performance meetings to review category performance and develop improvement plans.

Implement and ensure 100% execution of strategies for exclusive product promotions; provide feedback on promotional effectiveness.

Manage and control store OPEX (e.g., utilities, packaging, staffing costs).

Recommend cost-optimization initiatives to control store expenses.

Maintain shrinkage levels within acceptable tolerance through consistent monitoring and compliance with Retail Operating Standards.
Commercial Operations

Oversee product displays and ensure timely stock replenishment.

Ensure product availability and maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts and adjustments.

Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience aligned with our Brand of Service Standards.

Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.

Drive loyalty program participation and customer engagement.

Promote selling techniques to increase conversion and transaction rates.

Communicate ongoing promotions and initiatives during regular team briefings.

Monitor and validate the execution of promotional displays, pricing, and merchandising activities.
Operational Excellence

Ensure full compliance with internal policies, SOPs, and grooming/brand standards.

Leverage reporting tools and systems to analyze performance and identify areas of improvement.

Supervise expense control, inventory management, asset protection, and risk mitigation.

Coordinate with mall management and handle daily operational documentation including banking, refunds, and exchanges.
People Management

Develop and monitor Individual Development Plans for team members.

Identify training needs and implement team learning initiatives.

Conduct regular performance reviews and career development discussions.

Lead employee engagement and motivation strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Educational & Experience Requirements
