We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development, execution, and optimization of our integrated digital marketing strategies. This role is critical to driving customer acquisition, engagement, traffic to both physical and digital stores, and maximizing online conversions. You will lead a performance-oriented team and work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure marketing initiatives align with broader business goals, delivering a unified and impactful customer experience across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Growth

Design and implement a results-driven digital marketing strategy focused on growth, combining performance marketing with brand-building initiatives.

Identify and capitalize on digital trends, technologies, and innovations to keep the brand at the forefront of digital engagement.
Campaign Planning & Execution

Lead full-funnel digital campaigns that drive revenue growth, enhance user personalization, and boost content effectiveness.

Manage upper-funnel initiatives to increase brand visibility and engagement across key digital platforms.
Budget & Performance Management

Own and manage the digital marketing budget with a focus on maximizing ROI through strategic media planning.

Track and deliver against KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPI, CPA, and ROAS.
Brand Alignment & Innovation

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints while fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation.

Collaborate on creative direction to enhance the digital customer journey.
Analytics & Optimization

Develop and implement a robust framework to track marketing performance and customer insights.

Drive a culture of continuous optimization through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data analytics.
Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with CRM, Trade, Product, Brand Marketing, and Advanced Analytics teams to align digital initiatives with overall business objectives.

Identify cross-functional growth opportunities to support customer lifecycle marketing.
SEO & Martech Oversight

Manage SEO, ASO, affiliate marketing, and marketing technology tools to increase organic traffic and user acquisition across web and mobile platforms.
Team & Stakeholder Leadership

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing digital marketing team.

Build strong partnerships with external agencies, media vendors, and internal stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Industry Experience: 10+ years in digital, performance, or growth marketing, with proven success in the eCommerce retail sector.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Professional digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are an added advantage.

Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, app stores, and affiliate networks.

Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven mindset with experience optimizing key marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Results Orientation: Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable growth through strategic and tactical digital marketing initiatives.
