Role Overview

As the Community & Property Manager, you will serve as the primary representative of the developer, overseeing the day-to-day management of residential campuses. This strategic role is central to enhancing the community living experience while ensuring optimal property performance from an asset management perspective.

You will lead community operations, drive resident engagement, and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and financial standards. Your leadership will guide a team of Property Coordinators and shape a vibrant, well-managed, and resident-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality soft and hard services across community facilities, ensuring alignment with operational standards.
  • Manage the financial performance of Community Services, including the design and execution of a transparent service charge model.
  • Ensure full compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards to mitigate risk and protect asset value.
  • Develop and enforce community documentation such as rules, regulations, and homeowner guidelines to support a seamless resident journey.
  • Benchmark services against top local and international standards, implementing initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and increase occupancy.
  • Build strong relationships with residents to foster engagement and create a cohesive community culture.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Property Coordinators to uphold service excellence and continuous operational improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7–10 years of experience in managing residential compounds or community living environments, with a strong focus on operations, asset management, and community engagement.
  • Proven leadership in driving community initiatives and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Environmental Design, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in conflict resolution and adaptable in dynamic environments.
  • Expertise in financial oversight, risk management, and strategic planning.
