Job Description – Accountant (Dubai, UAE)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily financial activities, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This role plays a critical part in supporting the company’s financial health and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.

Conduct routine audits of financial records, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.

Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and precise payment processing.

Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models to support effective financial planning.

Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive business decisions.

Ensure timely preparation and submission of tax returns and compliance with local tax regulations.

Implement and maintain strong internal controls to protect company assets and ensure financial integrity.

Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements and liaise with external auditors during audits.

Leverage accounting software to improve process efficiency and enhance reporting capabilities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally within the logistics or supply chain sector.
