The Retail Sales Representative – Travel Retail is responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting store operations. This role ensures the store maintains high standards in presentation, cleanliness, and customer engagement, while also assisting with various operational duties assigned by store management.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Sales

Deliver a welcoming and engaging first impression for every customer.

Offer expert guidance on product categories and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Provide personalized assistance in fitting rooms and follow up with customers to enhance the shopping experience.

Promote gift cards and capture customer data at the point of sale.

Consistently meet or exceed weekly sales targets.

Sincerely thank customers and invite them to return.
Store Operations
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

Open and close the store as needed; assume store management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.

Ensure compliance with pricing, ticketing, and in-store procedures to prevent loss and enhance the customer experience.

Support inventory processes and participate in store meetings and related activities.
Point of Sale (POS) Responsibilities

Ensure efficient and accurate service at the POS.

Handle customer issues promptly to maintain service continuity.

Train new team members on POS procedures and monitor for accuracy.

Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cash wrap.
Team Collaboration & Compliance

Represent the brand and company positively at all times.

Work collaboratively with peers and management to meet store goals.

Follow all company policies and procedures consistently.

Complete all assigned duties punctually and reliably.

Perform housekeeping and stock replenishment tasks as required.
