Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our automotive sales operations across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, overseeing team management, and ensuring operational excellence within the assigned portfolio. The ideal candidate will implement strategic sales initiatives while upholding company standards and enhancing customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive achievement of portfolio sales targets through strategic leadership of the sales team.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned location, including workforce management, vehicle display, and showroom standards in line with Al-Futtaim brand guidelines.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales KPIS.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching and corrective actions as needed to maintain alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure all sales processes are followed efficiently and consistently, resolving customer issues and maintaining satisfaction.
  • Analyse sales trends and prepare business plans to achieve operational targets.
  • Support team development through coaching, product knowledge sharing, and fostering growth opportunities within the organisation.
  • Manage legal and documentation matters related to the sales function, ensuring compliance with UAE government regulations.
  • Maintain high standards in customer data accuracy and system input at all sales touchpoints.
  • Regularly engage with the team to update them on new vehicle features, EV infrastructure, and market developments.

Skills & Experience Required:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales, ideally within the luxury retail sector.
  • At least 4 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid UAE driver’s license.
  • Experience working with strong automotive brands is an added advantage.

About the Team:

You will report directly to the Retail Director and collaborate closely with the sales team, internal departments, and external partners to ensure business objectives are met and exceeded.
