Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Automate Developer to design, build, and maintain automated workflows that streamline business operations and improve organisational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform tools and a passion for solving complex integration challenges across modern business applications.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Develop Automation Solutions: Create efficient workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to optimise and automate business processes.
  • Application Integration: Seamlessly connect Power Automate with platforms such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and third-party services via connectors and APIs.
  • Workflow Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Ensure the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of existing workflows.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear documentation, including flow diagrams, user manuals, and process guides.
  • Compliance & Governance: Implement governance best practices to ensure automation adheres to security and compliance requirements.
  • Training & Support: Conduct training sessions and provide end-user support to maximise adoption and value from automation tools.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT and infrastructure teams to ensure integration with core systems.
  • Agile Participation: Actively participate in Agile processes, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Advanced Scripting & API Use: Work with APIS, custom connectors, and scripts (JSON/XML) to support complex integration requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in automation development, ideally within the Microsoft Power Platform environment.
  • Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (preferred).
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and data formats such as JSON and XML.
  • Integration Skills: Hands-on experience with API integration and third-party connector setup.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Adaptability: Eagerness to learn and implement emerging technologies in cloud-based automation.
