Finance Business Partner Job Opening in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Position Overview
We seek a skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our Toyota and Lexus B2B Finance team. This pivotal role will involve close collaboration with the FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) and other finance teams within Al Futtaim Group (AFG) to enhance financial performance and provide strategic decision-making support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities within the B2B function, including preparing annual, monthly/quarterly, and inventory and accounts receivable forecasts.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and analyses for monthly reviews with B2B management, covering margin and expense analysis, with insightful commentary.
• Perform regular financial reviews and variance analysis to track business performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Provide commercial support by assisting with pricing proposals, reviewing volume rebate programs, and validating cost requirements.
• Conduct annual reviews of extended warranty utilization models and ensure accurate warranty provision accounting.
• Collaborate with the team to analyze product performance and generate management reporting dashboards.
• Oversee sales accounting and cash control, ensuring compliance with company procedures and internal controls.
• Review and manage indirect costs, ensuring proper cross-charges and site-wise allocations.
• Ensure adequate insurance coverage and assist with aged stock liquidation efforts.
• Review accounts receivable (AR) provision and facilitate timely submission of finance deal packs.
• Ensure adherence to finance SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and manage external/internal audit processes.
• Lead and supervise the finance team, providing necessary training and support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA, CA) is preferred.
• Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner role or similar function.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and tools, with proficiency in SAP.
