Al-Futtaim Electric Mobility is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Parts Picker to join its BYD aftersales team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will support daily automotive parts operations by accurately picking, receiving, storing, issuing and managing vehicle parts to ensure timely availability for servicing, repairs and refurbishment.
This role is important in maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting Sales and Service departments, processing purchasing documentation and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. Candidates should have practical experience in automotive parts management, stock control and inventory systems, along with a strong understanding of automotive part numbers and identification procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Automotive Parts Picking and Inventory Management
Accurately pick, receive, identify, store, bin and issue automotive parts according to operational requirements.
Maintain accurate stock records and ensure parts are available for vehicle servicing, repairs and refurbishment.
Conduct regular cycle counts, perpetual stock checks and annual inventory audits.
Investigate stock discrepancies and support inventory reconciliation.
Maintain appropriate stock levels to meet market and workshop requirements while avoiding overstocking.
Organise and maintain physical parts storage areas, ensuring proper identification, accessibility and housekeeping.
Purchasing and Parts Procurement
Support the preparation and processing of purchase orders in accordance with company procedures.
Ensure goods receipts and invoice verification are completed accurately and on time.
Source cost-effective automotive parts for daily service, repair and used vehicle refurbishment requirements.
Procure parts that meet Franchise Purchase Centre standards for vehicle refurbishment.
Support the availability of accessories and service-related parts for Sales and Service departments.
Coordinate with suppliers, internal parts stakeholders and brand representatives to fulfil parts requirements.
Reporting and Customer Service
Prepare up-to-date inventory reports and support forward stock planning.
Monitor parts availability and identify future purchasing requirements.
Coordinate with Sales and Service teams to respond to parts requests efficiently.
Support the aftersales team in delivering reliable service and meeting customer expectations.
Follow company policies, quality requirements and safe material handling procedures.

Qualifications and Experience
