Key Responsibilities of a Sales Assistant
1. Sales and Customer Service

- Support sales growth by using effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.

- Ensure products and merchandise are displayed neatly and in accordance with brand requirements.
- Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, cash counter, and other assigned areas clean and organized.
- Follow the company’s dress code and grooming standards to maintain a professional appearance.
- Support store operations by following established procedures and maintaining high standards of customer service.
