Customer Service and Customer Experience
- Deliver a high standard of customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Welcome customers promptly with a friendly, professional, and positive approach.

- Provide customers with accurate and relevant information about products, features, pricing, and availability.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and follow up on their requirements in a timely manner.

Retail Sales and Store Operations
- Support daily retail store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

- Provide store management cover when needed.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Support the training of new employees on POS operations and store procedures.
- Handle POS-related corrective actions in accordance with company guidelines.
- Participate in store inventory activities and stock counts.
- Complete additional retail duties assigned by store management.
Store Standards and Compliance
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organisation, and presentation.
- Ensure the sales floor and customer areas remain clean and welcoming.
- Follow company procedures relating to pricing, ticketing, and product information.
- Help prevent losses resulting from incorrect pricing or ticketing.
- Maintain a clean and organised cash wrap area.
- Provide efficient service at the cash wrap and support smooth customer transactions.
- Perform housekeeping duties as required.
- Follow all applicable store procedures and operational standards.
Company Policies and Brand Values
- Represent the merchandise, brand, and company with a positive and professional attitude.
- Attend store meetings, training sessions, and related company activities.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
